What are your bottles made from?
Most of our containers, bottles and roll-ons are mande of glass, although we have some other options with plastic. Characteristic of each product is specified in our website under each product
What is the material of the roller tops?
We have two options stainless and gemstones. It is a smooth roll and releases oil with ease. The gemstones have the purpose of working energetically in pair with your essential oils.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is currently available in Canada and USA for orders over $250 in Canada and $200 in US. Free shipping will be automatically adjusted in your cart .
When will my order be delivered?
We ship orders in 1-5 business days (excluding wholesale orders).
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship to Canada and USA
How can I track my order?
We will send you the information of your tracking number once your package is already in the delivery service so you can track it online
Some of my accessories arrived broken or damaged, what should I do?
We try to pack everything carefully so that this doesn’t happen, but sometimes carriers are not as careful with packages in general. But in case this was your case, don’t worry, just send us a photo of the damage and the packaging and we will give you a solution AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Do you offer returns?
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty or broken during delivery.
